It includes three tracks.</div> <bR> <div> <B>1. A replica of the Parklands track.</B></div> <div> <B>2. A replica of the Albion Park track.</B></div> <div> <B>3. A replica of the Capalaba straight track.</B></div> <bR> <div> Other points that make it visible:</div> <bR> <div> <B>1. There will not be the environmental issues associated with Logan as none of the proposed sites have been previously used for waste disposal.</B></div> <div> <B>2. The complex has been costed by the architect at approximately $10 million.</B></div> <div> <B>3. It provides all the facilities required for about 400 patrons.</B></div> <div> <B>4. It has car parking for 200 plus 18 dog trailers.</B></div> <div> <B>5.
